Hiking in Orlando – Outside of Disney World

Best places to hike in Orlando

Sometimes being a resident in the town of Orlando can be a little hectic and may leave you thinking there are too many tourists’ activities and not enough for me to do. Well, that is just not true. There are some refreshing out of the way places close by so why not pick up your spirits with an outdoor adventure.

Start out big by going to Bill Frederick Park. Talk about outdoor activities, hiking on the 2.4-mile trail around the park can be combined with camping, golf, and biking. Not adventurous enough, then try Black Bear Wilderness Loop Trail. The 7.1-mile loop will be good exercise and have you totally immersed in the outdoors.

If you feel a little out of shape and want to get in some cardio before venturing out, living at 420 East Apartments will be a great option.
